Most newer vehicles are using a combination of rubber and hydraulic fluid to absorb chassis and engine vibrations while driving or turned on.
In this case, the rubber mount is still in operative condition however the hydraulic fluid inside the mounting has gone dirty as you can see in the pictures it has turned completely dirty brown.
Usually around 130,000km to 200,000km of mileage the mounting should be replaced or about 4 to 5 years time. Also depending on your driving style as well it may be sooner or later.
